Who we are

Textea is a seed-round startup based in the US, consisting of a member of Node.js as a sophomore, a Google L6 engineering manager, and a professor who has been publishing AI/NLP papers at top-notch venues (e.g., ACL, NAACL, AAAI, WWW, SIGIR) for over a decade.

We unleash the power of NLP into the hands of more people. Through our products, people can harness more insights from text more efficiently and effectively.

Positions

THE ROLE

• Work with the team to continuously enhance SaaS product
• Cooperate with the team to create new web products

Front End Engineer/Internship

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficient with React and TypeScript
• Proficient with Node.js
• Understand frontend component development, and have strong UX and design sensibilities
• Understand frontend ecosystem including ESLint, Webpack, Jest...
• Experience in open-source development, teamwork with Git and GitHub

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Keep up to date with modern Web development like Node.js, ECMAScript next features
• Active contribution to open-source projects
• Experience with other technology stacks
